This hotel ruined our trip in Milan 1. their pillow got me and my friend neck pain the day after we woke up 2. everything was broken: Broken heaters, window, sockets, lights, faucets, toilet doors 3. we are backpacker travellers, we required two single beds for 2 nights stay ahead of time, until we arrived they said they couldn’t arrange it as they promised they will try their best to arrange, and then the ridiculous part happened, the owner said if we want to have two single beds we needed to pay 50€ extra (so they do have two single beds room and they have 2 of them free but they refuse to arrange for us and charge us even more than booking online) what a scam, be aware of booking in this hotel if you wish to enjoy your trip in Milan, this hotel ruined our trip in Milan

Great choice for one (or a couple) night in Milan. Located near the central station and in a shopping street. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Once in the room, you'd almost forget that you're in a 1 star hotel. Very clean and cozy.

Great place if you are looking for accommodation with a cheap budget. Value for price. The room was very clean and they cleaned every day and changed the towels. The service was excellent and it's possible to get a nice morning coffee for only 1 EUR. Great location, great service great price. I really recommend it.

Never go to this Hotel They are liars, and they ruined our vacation. We asked one month before for single bed but they didn't provided it when we were there then they showed us other rooms that had single beds and asked for 25 euros for a night because of the upgrading then we reduced from 2 nights to one night to not paying that money and they accepted. The day after when we wanted to check-out they asked for money again!!! The money that we paid for this hotel we could go to a 4 stars hotel. They room was like a bathroom ceramic floor. Bed was uncomfortable. All the facilities were old.

Small, simple hotel about 10-12 minutes on foot from the Milan Central Train station. Our room was very quiet as it faced a courtyard. The room was fairly small but clean. The AC was not working well but it was ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good location, but not nice experience. Not professional staff.Noisy position of my room due to reception vicinity. There are no amenities for the room. Not pleasant.

Not the best experience, and would not go back. While the locations is good and the price is also fairly low I would have gone for another hotel and paid some extra. Lessons learned. When we came back from a long walk they were fixing the AC in the room. Most people would expect another room, but that was not the case. Beds are hard and only one shared bathroom per floor. The areas is nice and vibrant and close to the central station.

The hotel was nice in general. We were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the people at the reception. The room was comfortable enough and clean. Room cleaning was also done every day. The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach two different metros within a few minutes' walk. In addition, there are many stores in the vicinity for both market and shopping. It is a hotel I will choose for my next visit.
